As an old guy with diminishing eyesight and who is more often politically incorrect than not, I can’t read that sign. But I want to tell you that I really enjoy your website. The photos are fantastic and I am impressed how you seek out the locals and their ways of life, including politico stuff. Ha! No…I no speaka the language but I do my best to decipher your Spanisho and Portuguese.

This is probably going to sound horribly improper but I want to say something to you. From the heart. Those three special words. You know what they are. Those three words that I have heard many, many times when I drop a young lady off at her doorstep. They have significant meaning. You know…

DON’T COME BACK!!!

HA! I hope you know I’m just being silly, but I really do enjoy your blog and I wish you were staying a little longer.

I know you are soon headed for England but I am not looking forward to that. As I have told you before, I don’t understand English. I’m hoping that your blogs will be written in American English.

Have fun though and learn a lot!

Your Dad’s and Uncle David’s politically incorrect friend,

(I wrote this once and as an old guy would do…I lost it…I think. So I hope it’s not a repeat)
